What’s this all about anyway?

If Julie Fell was modeled after my strange love of the movie If Lucy Fell. A quirky take on two close friends, dating, romance and the desire to get your life sorted on a deadline. I suggest you rent it.

What this blog started as still remains in tact. It’s a place where an Oregon girl, who then moved to San Francisco in the Fall of 2010, shares random thoughts, life goals, music, funny stories and a LoL cat or two to the interwebs.

For even more context I will provide you with the following tidbits of Julie knowledge:

I like dayfades (day drinking) more than evening drinking/late night boozing.
I embrace the outdoors – hiking, fishing, crabbing, camping. NATURE.
I don’t like mayo, sweet pickles or radishes.
I don’t understand sci-fi or Harry Potter obsessions and I don’t want to be persuaded to embrace them.
I love me some rowdy rock concerts.
My ideal weekend activities usually involve reading a book and taking a nap in the sun.
Any floral arrangement that includes peonies, sterling roses and hydrangeas will cause me to swoon.

    “I dislike… sci-fi…”

    You’re from Oregone… we understand.

You probably just haven’t had a UFO encounter.
